Frequently asked questions
How do I convert just one PDF page to an image?
In the Save as images window, choose “Current page” or type the page number into the Range field. You can also right-click the page thumbnail and pick “Save as image” from the menu.
Which resolution should I choose?
72 DPI is enough for the web and email, 150 DPI for viewing and everyday printing, and 300 DPI for high-quality printing and further processing. Higher resolution means larger files.
JPG or PNG?
JPG gives smaller files and suits photos and scans. PNG is lossless, so text and lines stay perfectly sharp, but the files tend to be larger.
Will my edits show up in the images?
Yes. Text, signatures, highlights, redactions and filled-in forms are converted just as you see them in the editor.
Why did I get a ZIP file?
When you convert multiple pages, we put the images into a single ZIP archive so you don’t have to download each one separately. On a computer, open it with a double-click; on a phone, open it in the Files app.
Who can see my document?
Only you and anyone you send the link to. The document is edited in your browser and only ever reaches our server encrypted. The copy deletes itself one hour after your last edit. Learn more in our privacy policy.
