Frequently asked questions
How do I extract only some pages from a PDF?
Choose to split by ranges and enter the pages you want, such as 3-5. You’ll get one file with just those pages. Separate multiple ranges with commas – each one becomes its own file.
How do I split a PDF into single pages?
Choose to split every page separately. Each page becomes its own PDF, and you download them all at once in a ZIP archive.
How do I split a PDF after a specific page?
Right-click the page thumbnail on the left (on a touchscreen, press and hold it) and choose “Split after this page…” – the ranges are filled in for you.
Are my edits kept in the parts?
Yes. Text, signatures, redactions and filled-in forms carry over to the parts. The document’s bookmarks aren’t carried over yet.
What about digital signatures?
A digital signature covers the whole signed document, so it won’t be valid in the parts. Its appearance on the page stays.
Who can see my document?
Only you and anyone you send the link to. The document is edited in your browser and only ever reaches our server encrypted. The copy deletes itself one hour after your last edit. Learn more in our privacy policy.
